The Winery:
The vineyard and winery are located on a 120-acre homestead east of Weaverville in the Hyampom Valley area of Trinity County, on the eastern side of the Coastal Range. There is no tasting offered at the winery, however, they do maintain a tasting room in the small town of Weaverville.

The Vineyards:
There are 35 acres of vineyards are located in the remote, but magnificent Hyampom Valley deep in the Trinity Mountains. Established in 1986 there are currently 20,000 vines, but the five year plan is to double that number. The vineyards include Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sangiovese and Sauvignon Blanc.

The Wines:
The winery produces primarily Bordeaux varietal wines like Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc with a Chardonnay and Sangiovese to round out the selection. The cool evenings of the vineyard area allow for longer hang times, deepening the fruit and complexity of the wines.

The Winemaker:
Randall Meredith, owner and winemaker at the estate is a doctor by trade and a winemaker by passion.
